Beware the Eyes of April (I think)

I cut up the potatoes to chunks, no bigger than 2
or so inches. I tried to keep at least
1 eye(or bud) per-chunk. Now I have to wait
1 to 2 days for the cut side can hardened before planting.

They are not green which makes me a little nervous.
However they are fuzzy which I think means they
are old seeds. I think that is what I read or they are rotten.

April Lettuce potatoes

We planted more lettuce in the raised bed. I also received my potato seeds in the mail. Now they sit in the window for the next week or 2.
