We made sauce from my tomatoes!!

We roughly had just over 3 pounds of usable tomatoes.
(not all shown here)
We scored and cut stems out before blanching.

We blanched the tomatoes and the skins practically fell off.

Used a food mill.

Important part of cooking.


Cooked for hours.
It looks like sauce.
It was great! Can't wait to try again.
